Seeds of change logoHistoric Arlington was selected as a pilot neighborhood for the Seeds of Change: Growing Great Neighborhoods initiative in part because of its existing community-designed Neighborhood Action Plan, ongoing revitalization efforts, historical significance to the city and a strong presence by community and social service organizations. 

Jacksonville University logoAs part of the initiative, the neighborhood is also linked to Jacksonville University, a community anchor that will pool its professional resources with the city's to better deliver services, build community relationships and recruit other partners.
