ShAdCo Information
The Sheriff's Advisory Councils (ShAdCo) were established to assist the JSO accomplish its mission. ShAdCo members are a notable example of police-citizen partnerships. They provide feedback on law enforcement issues. They report suspected criminal activity and traffic problems in their sector.
Here's the list of ShAdCo leaders and information about when and where the ShAdCo meets:
Sector D Chair: Rebecca Gold Co-chair: Dick Hulcher Meetings: 7 p.m., 2nd Thursday of the month at the Regency Square Mall Conference Room. 9501 Arlington Expressway.
Sector E Chair: Chris Stackfleth Co-chairs: Mary Brown & Robert Edwards Meetings: 7 p.m., 3rd Thursday of the month at the Regency Square Mall Community Room
Sector F Chair: Jay Olchak Co-chair: Kathy Borck Meetings: 7 p.m., 4th Thursday of the month at the Police Athletic League of Jacksonville, 3450 Monument Road

You can go to a substation for most non-emergency police services. For example, if you need a police report or if you need to be fingerprinted for a job application, you can go to a substation.
The zone commander's office is at the substation and patrol officers assigned to the zone report there for roll call. |
