Although all of our parks are "special" in one way or another, some of them have truly unique features.  These parks, scattered throughout Jacksonville, offer "something for everyone."  To learn more about our specialty parks, click on the name of a park below.

Bethesda Park - Barrier-free outdoor recreation

Cuba Hunter Park - Skateboard park, plus much more

District II Regional Park - Professional level 18-hole disc golf course

Huguenot Memorial Park - Park your car on the beach

Jacksonville-Baldwin Rail-Trail - 14 miles of trail along a former railroad line

Kathryn Abby Hanna Park - Beautiful beach, cozy cabins, bicycle trails, and camping

Kids Kampus - Safe City, water fun, and a unique look at local history for kids

Lannie Road Park - Radio controlled model airplanes

McGirts Creek Park - ADA accessible field.

Ray Greene Park - A BMX course for off road biking enthusiasts

Tillie K. Fowler Regional Park  - Nature center and special classes led by our parks naturalists.

Walter Jones Historical Park - Step back into the 19th century
