It includes representatives from all five cities in Duval County (City of Atlantic Beach, City of Jacksonville, City of Jacksonville Beach, City of Neptune Beach, Town of Baldwin), local businesses, organizations and associations. Its mission is to make Duval County, Florida disaster resistant by preventing or reducing the personal and economic loss from natural or man-made hazards through a partnership between government, businesses, organizations, associations and citizens.

The Duval Prepares/LMS Working Group Quarterly Meeting will be held on the following date:
