The Pension Office administers the General Employees Pension Plan and the Corrections Officers Pension Plan.  The office processes members' requests and retirement information, as well as services for all existing retirees.

We are dedicated to a higher level of customer satisfaction and understanding of retirement benefits. We welcome suggestions on improvements to our services or additions to this Web site. 

Legislation has been introduced to the Jacksonville City Council that, if passed, would provide employees who are eligible to participate in the General Employees Pension Plan with a new option to consider when planning for retirement.  To learn more about the new option, click here.
