Afraid of long-term commitment? We've got a solution for you!
Animal Care & Control needs people to temporarily foster animals until they are ready for adoption. The shelter gets many litters of puppies and kittens surrendered because people failed to spay or neuter their pets. These baby animals are often too young to be adopted. Some animals are recovering from minor health issues and simply need a little time away from the shelter to recuperate before being adopted into a forever home. AC&C also receives animals who need resocialization or minor behavior training before being suitable for adoption. Your short-term commitment can make a difference in an animal's life.
